32 authored cascades: 22 for Section 3; 10 for Section 4. These elaborate existing TODOs using their seeded patterns. No implementation or completion is claimed. Joe’s current build authorization remains WM-01–14 only; these other items require explicit greenlighting before execution.
Fundamental WM-01–14 cascades · Canonical checklist
The node cascades trace actual producer/consumer behavior; the whole-loop cascades require evidence at the wider scope they claim. Neither kind substitutes for the other. For example, R16’s actuation witness contributes to E05 but cannot certify all other nodes.
The named producers, consumers, output artifacts, distinguishing controls, open decisions and relations in each cascade are design proposals constrained by the exact checklist. They are not independently verified current runtime claims. The historical census, paper counts and examples retain their dates.
R18 is not silently missing: the governing checklist has no catalogue R18. R3a, R17-variants, R19 and TRACE each have their own cascade. E08 uses the four actual apex requirements endorsed in September 9 Item 26; it does not invent weights for them. R11/R15 preserve the seven named lifecycle cells from their source census.
Build coordination is now with claude-3, one bounded WM instruction at a time. Earlier documents mentioning claude-2 describe the prior phase; they grant no present dispatch authority. This design expansion authorizes no task from Sections 3 or 4.
